Curriculum Design & Course Mapping

This project illustrates my approach to developing a fully aligned curriculum through backward design and curriculum mapping. The course map outlines the foundation components, learning objectives, module structure, assessments, and resources for a new hire training course in the Life Insurance department. The course design reflects intentional alignment between objectives, assessments, and instructional activities to create a focused and practical learning experience.

Throughout this project, I applied backward design, curriculum mapping, and alignment analysis strategies to create a course that is clear, focused, and ready for implementation.
​Formative Assessment
As a follow-up to the gamified activity created for module one, I designed a short, four-question quiz in Google Forms. This assessment reinforces the same role distinctions introduced in the game and provides learners with immediate feedback.
