This quality assurance (QA) checklist supports consistent evaluation of online courses across key areas such as content, accessibility, assessment, navigation, and multimedia. It draws on instructional design frameworks like Quality Matters (QM) and Universal Design for Learning (UDL), along with widely accepted best practices.

Used as a reference during course reviews, the checklist helps ensure learning experiences are clear, inclusive, and instructionally sound. It serves as a practical tool for identifying strengths, spotting areas for improvement, and offering actionable feedback—skills I regularly apply in my instructional design work.

Quality Assurance and Evaluation

Before a course comes to life, the tools behind it need their own moment in the spotlight. A decision matrix helps cut through the noise by scoring each option against what the learners truly need. It turns a messy comparison into a clear, visual decision. This one highlights my process for choosing the right platform for an onboarding experience — balancing accessibility, assessments, usability, and long-term design flexibility.
